SPEED RUN NOTES
Xcw speed-run notes
Win condition
The garden advances when its tasks are complete — plots planted, watered, and harvested as each growth stage finishes. The goal is a full circuit of plots with no blocked need left waiting.
Fastest line
Do every short care action before starting a longer growth task. Clearing the quick requests keeps more plots progressing at once, which means you collect more in each sweep instead of waiting on one slow plant.
Input language
Tap plots, tools, and plants to act on them, and drag a watering or care tool only when the game shows a movement path across the garden. Everything else is a plain tap.
Opening play
Start by walking the garden once and sorting the plots into three groups — empty, growing, and ready to collect. Act on the empty plots first so they start growing immediately, rather than spending your first taps on a plot already mid-growth.
Score signals
A plot is healthy when its care icon clears and it moves to the next growth stage. A warning is an empty plot or a stale need icon you already passed — both mean a plot has gone idle while you were tending elsewhere.
Recovery
If nothing responds, stop collecting and hunt for the one plot with a lit need icon you have not served. Finish that single care step, let its growth stage advance, and the next collection will unlock — a stalled garden is almost always one unmet request.
Player questions: Pocket Plants Garden
How do I control Pocket Plants Garden?
Tap plots, tools, and plants to act, and drag a care tool only when a path is shown. Group similar actions so one sweep covers several plots of the same kind.
What do I do when no plot responds?
Go back to the plot showing an unfinished need icon and finish that care step first. An unmet request is usually what is blocking the next collection.
